Avalon Christian School - Avalon Missionary Church Christian school is a carefully planned environment meeting the needs of children ages 3 through 6. Our program is designed to aide the development of the whole child (spiritually, emotionally, physically, academically, and socially). Through the program the children receive a variety of opportunities which encourage growth and promote interest in learning. This is provided in an atmosphere of love, and with concern for each individual child.

Upward Sports - This link will open our new Avalon Missionary Church Upwards Sports website. Upward is an evangelistic sports ministry specifically designed for kindergarten through sixth grade boys and girls, were we promote salvation, character building, and self-esteem in every child. In addition to basketball, our Upward program offers cheerleading, soccer and most recently, flag football.

Avalon Youth Ministry - Check out our Junior High Program designed specifically for 6th - 8th graders. Life can be pretty confusing for you right now. And it's about to change.  A LOT!!  We want to help you prepare to make it the best time of your life.  Feel free to check us out as we go on a journey to discover who God is and how to survive this crazy time of  life called adolescence. Together we'll have some fun and make some awesome friends along the way. Our Senior High program is a ministry designed to help the 9th - 12th grade student learn to see Jesus, and begin to figure out how that translates into becoming the person God intends them to be. Through compassion, grace and truth we desire to get into the lives of young people.

Kids Connection - At Avalon your Children are well-cared for in this spacious, well-equipped children's wing so parents can worship and attend classes without worry.  You'll find our loving, friendly team of volunteer care-givers ready to minister to your child, making sure their first years in the Kingdom are pleasant ones.    Thank you for entrusting your little ones to us!

VAL Ministries - (Visible Acts of Love) - A new ministry was implemented by the Deacon Board in March 2004, for the purpose of supporting and caring for believers and friends at Avalon Missionary Church. This ministry was designed for visitation and prayer to those who are grieving, in hospitals and nursing homes and those considered as shutins. As the ministry grows, other Visible Acts of Love beyond visiting may result according to each individual situation and need.

Health & Wellness - (Focusing on the Care of the Mind, Body and Spirit) - The Health and Wellness Ministry exists to help meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the church family by promoting optimum health through the healing resources of the congregation and the surrounding community. It is not our desire to replace existing congregational and community services, but rather to enhance access and usage of existing services and develop a means of providing non-existing services.

Food Pantry - The Avalon Food Pantry services several families from our church and the community with their food needs. We are located at 7103 Premiere Drive Fort Wayne, IN 46819.The hours of operation are Every Thursday at 6:30 - 7:30 PM. For more information call the church office at 747-1531

Counseling - (Helping Hearts Heal) -Avalon Missionary church has a special relationship with Avalon Christian Counseling Center in Fort Wayne and Auburn Christian Counseling Center, in Auburn.

Small Groups - meet with a few other people to help each other find and follow Christ. Call the church office at 747-1531 or e-mail to find out how to get into a Small Group.
