We've established an up-to-date email list that will help us communicate with folks in our church as efficiently and quickly as possible. We would like to be able to send updates, reminders and prayer requests to as many people who would like to receive them. To add your email address to the Church Mailing List, click on the "Site Mailing List" link at the bottom of any page of the Website. Even if you've already done this some time ago, please go do it again!  We don't want to miss anyone.

The Member Directory is where you can find contact information of others who currently attend, or have previously attended Avalon. In order to access the Member Directory you must LOGIN, and in order to LOGIN you must create a Profile. Creating a profile and adding our contact information in the Member Directory DOES NOT add you to the Church email list. The only way to have your email address added to the Church email list is by adding it through the "Site Mailing List" link at the bottom of the Website. When you click the Member Directory Link you will be taken to the LOGIN Screen. If you have never registered your login information, you will find the link to set up your Profile on the LOGIN Screen. Your Profile is created when you "Register with the Site". When you create your Profile you choose the information that you want to enter. You must enter a username (the username should be your email, but you are permitted to create a different username if you would like) You must enter a password You must enter your first and last name - Profiles without a first and last name will be removed. All the other information is optional - you choose what to include. If you did not enter your first and last name and your email address has been deleted, and you are unable to create a new Profile, please email the webmaster for assistance.
