We truly desire that all kids find out who God is and how much He loves them, and that begins with kids knowing that church is a place specifically for them. Preschool-aged kids are very important members of the Avalon congregation. In fact, they are so important that we've built them their own space!
During Sunday School, all of our preschool-aged kids gather in the Farm to participate in a hands-on lesson. Loving and dedicated volunteers serve as a guide to help your child understand the stories of the Bible, and how those stories reveal God's love for us.
Our younger preschoolers stay in The Farm for a fresh, new look at God's Word during 2nd service, while our older preschoolers head to The Park. This wide open space gives kids the ability to actively be involved in the stories they are learning about through drama, games and crafts. The Park is a beautiful setting for kids to learn about God's Creation!
