Pow and Kabaam made it through the training, and now they are official Super Heroes in Mega City! Pow, Kabaam and the kids learned alot about how to be real heroes over the past couple of months ... we're all sure gonna miss those two!

Moving on, we going on a Treasure Quest with world famous treasure hunter Kit Windswept and her assistant, Andy. Kit, Andy and the kids are heading into the jungle, in search of the greatest treasure ever. Kit's only clues are that she's supposed to "follow the stones", and that the meaning of the stones is somehow related to the life of "some guy named Jesus". I sure hope they're able to avoid those mischievous monkeys and find the treasure!

During Sunday School, the kids will be actively diving into small group activities, discussions, and games that are designed to teach through a Bible story and focus on the Main Point of the story.  When kids arrive at the Kids' Church Worship Service, they will have a time to praise and worship God, and will dig in deeper to the Bible story and Main point with a large group teaching time, and a drama time with a cast of interesting characters.

It is my hope and prayer that our Sunday lesson time will energize and motivate your child to go home and dig into God's Word deeper with you.  I'll be providing a Parent/Student Devotional to the kids each week to help foster those discussions.  The devotionals are designed to take about 10-15 minutes, and feature open-ended questions that allow kids to wonder and discover about God, and maybe even prompt some good faith conversations.
